"An exceptional stay at pullman ciawi! From the luxurious accommodations to the impeccable service, every moment was delightful. The attention to detail and warmth of the staff made me feel truly pampered. The hotel's elegant design and top-notch amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the resort for an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to NASE at the mini golf course and archery he is very nice guy and helpful! Thank you

This is our second visit to this hotel, I expect a good hotel but turn out it is a very excellent hotel and especially a top notch services by Ms Mazaya. Our trip to this hotel is exhausting due to “one-way rules’ but once we arrived it paid off. Thank you for the assist and hospitality, she is deserve to get a bonus 👏👏

Just wanted to say thank you to Mbak Sofie from the guest relation at Damar restaurant, as well as the butler team who handled us during our stay at AKASIA villa. Everyone was very accomodative and helpful to our request. As usual service was great and its worth the price to stay at the 3 bedroom villa. As an Accor Diamond member, the team here really ensures i receive all the benefit from my stay. It was a wonderful stay. For improvement, please consider to add more choice of menu in Damar and Madcow, we love the food and menu but more options would be great. I did not take pictures with the staff as i respect their privacy, but again thank you to all the staff who helped us, together with the cleaning team at Akasia 1 and 2. You guys definitely deserve a star for your politeness, friendliness and attentiveness. This is not AI generated review!

Thank you for your service Mr. Alfiansyah. This is my second time coming. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing has changed from the last year I was here, it was very pleasant to stay here. I will definitely come back again someday to stay.
